There are plenty of opportunities to get your spook on in Fayette County, PA. After living in many states, I’ve learned there’s just no place like home for Halloween. I’m grateful my family doesn’t have to travel far for Halloween fun.

Allen’s Hayrides & Tavern of Terror
- Hayride, Tavern of Terror, games, carnival rides, and bonfires are available. Allen’s has also recently featured a Sensory Friendly Day.

- The Brownsville Historical Society offers ghost walk tours along historic and haunted Front Street a weekend or two in October.

Candlelight Ghost Tours – Nemacolin Castle
DiMarco’s Bistro & Cantina Ghost Tour
- Check in with DiMarco’s to see if Pittsburgh Paranormal Society is going to stop by near Halloween to offer ghost tours in DiMarco’s which has a habit of being a little spooky. They also have Stix Cigar Bar downstairs.

- The Fayette County Chamber of Commerce hosts a very interesting and very spooky ghost tour of downtown Uniontown, PA during a weekend in October.

Brownsville Drive-In – Halloween Horror Month Movies
- Watch classic horror movies at Brownsville Drive-In. Fire pit rentals are available.

Buffalo Bill’s House – Vacation Home Rental at “The Silence of the Films” Film Location
- Take a guided tour and/or stay overnight at this film location for “The Silence of the Lambs.”

- Hayrides to a pumpkin patch, corn stalk mazes, double barrel shotgun slides, kids play areas, a small walk-through animal farm, open weekends during Halloween season, and weekdays are reservation only.

Rich Farms – Kids Day at the Farm

Whoa Nellie Dairy – Corn Maze
- Corn maze, tractor hayrides, horse-drawn rides, food trucks, farm store, and more weekends through the Halloween season. Be on the lookout for Rock-N-Rods Car Show and Truck or Treat.

Halloween Lights
If you are driving through Connellsville at night, there are a few homeowners who have gone above and beyond to create some awesome Halloween light displays which are synced up to music you can play on your car radio. Check their Facebook pages for the most up-to-date information.

Halloween Parades
There are multiple Halloween parades throughout the county. You can always give each municipality a call to see if there is a parade. This is a list of municipalities that have a Halloween parade that I’m aware of, many combined with other events like Trunk or Treats or costume contests.

Trunk or Treats
There are tons of Community Truck or Treat events. I haven’t tried to keep track of them yet but I would search for Trunk or Treat events at local schools, churches, or in combination with parades. Some Trunk or Treats I’m aware of include:
